Mockupily License Agreement

At Mockupily, we offer all our products with a royalty-free license for both personal and commercial use. By purchasing our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize them as outlined below. Please read the terms carefully to understand the permissions and restrictions associated with this license.

What You Can Do

• Personal & Commercial Use: You are allowed to use Mockupily products in personal or commercial projects. You can create designs for yourself or your clients and use the products as many times as you like.

• Integration in Templates & Websites: Mockupily products can be incorporated into items or website templates that you sell through marketplaces or directly on your own platform. Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

• Modification & Derivative Works: You may modify, manipulate, or combine Mockupily products with other assets to create derivative works. These resulting works are subject to this license and must comply with the limitations outlined in the “What You Can’t Do” section.

What You Can’t Do

• Re-Distribution: You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share Mockupily products in their original format (e.g., PSD, JPG, PNG files) or with superficial modifications. This applies whether you are offering them for free or for sale.

• Stock or Tool Inclusion: Mockupily products cannot be included as stock assets, within a tool, or as part of a template offered for resale, even if modified.

• Sub-Licensing or Leasing: You cannot lease, license, or sub-license Mockupily products under any circumstances, either individually or as part of a bundle.
